Firefly Web Workshops Financial Policies
1. Full payment is due at time of registration. Participants will be given the choice to pay a lump sum, or to use our recurring payment system, spreading the total over three automatic monthly credit card payments. The total fee is the same either way; we don’t believe in charging more for payment plans.
2. If a participant changes their mind or life takes a turn, they may cancel their registration any time until 24 hours after the first class, and receive all but a $75 non-refundable deposit back. After that point, all payments are final.
3. Because creativity can be a vulnerable area of our lives, if there are complaints about a participant’s activities in the interactive (Facebook) element of the class, or if the facilitator feels that a participant’s participation on Facebook is disrupting the emotional harmony of the group, the participant will be asked to leave the Facebook element of the class, but can still follow along the live video sessions and homework activities.
4. Tax receipts will be provided upon request.
5. There is a $25 processing fee for bounced cheques or insufficient funds.
6. HST will be added to fees for Canadian residents according to provincial HST rates.
7. All fees are in Canadian currency.
