Firefly Writing Coaching Policies
1. For all our packages, a commitment to payment is due at the start. Clients may map in a lump sun or break it up using our recurring payment system through PayPal, or with post-dated cheques.
2. Almost always, payments aren’t refundable. This is because we know how easy it is to let our creativity take the back-seat to more “immediate” tasks. Valuing this work with your financial resources will help give it a front seat in your life. That said, if after your first session with your coach you aren’t convinced you’ll get what you need, we’ll refund all but your deposit.
3. Sessions must be used every second week and the entire package must be completed within three months.
4. Fourty-eight hours notice is required to rebook a session, otherwise the session will be skipped. Sessions must be rebooked in the same week.
5. There is a $25 processing fee for bounced cheques or insufficient funds.
6. Tax receipts will be provided upon request.
7. Provincially-based hst rates will be added for Canadians.
